With an extensive track record of successful high value property transactions, Richard acts on behalf of some of the biggest property developers on the Eastern Seaboard, routinely advising on commercial office blocks, hotels and residential developments from start to completion.
Working alongside surveyors, construction professionals and developers across the retail, accommodation and waste industries, Richard assists with initial purchase contracts, easements, title restrictions, and lease agreements and disputes.
